1. The window
7 days from delivery. The clock starts when the courier marks the parcel delivered. After 7 days the order is final, except for manufacturing defects covered below.
2. What we accept
- Size exchange — same product, different size, free of cost. We pay both pickup and re-ship.
- Colour exchange — same product, different colour, subject to availability.
- Misprint, faulty stitching, wrong item shipped — full refund or replacement, your call.
- Return for refund — yes, with a ₹100 reverse-pickup fee deducted (unless the issue is on us).
3. What we can't accept
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or smell of detergent / perfume / smoke.
- Items returned without their original Dropkyd tag and packaging.
- Final-sale drops (clearly marked as such on the product page).
- Customised or made-to-order items where the customisation is from the buyer's input (rare — most drops aren't this).
4. How to start a return
- Open the order in your account.
- Click "Return or exchange" — pick the reason.
- We schedule a Delhivery reverse pickup within 48 hours.
- Once we receive the item and QC passes, your refund or replacement is processed.
5. Refund timelines
- UPI / Net banking — within 5 business days of QC pass.
- Card — within 7 business days; your bank may take another 2.
- Cash on Delivery — refunded as store credit instantly, or to bank on request (5 business days).
6. Manufacturing defects (after 7 days)
If a seam splits in the first wash or a print cracks within 30 days of normal use, send us a photo. We'll replace or refund, no questions. After 30 days we assess case-by-case but historically lean buyer-friendly.
7. International orders
Currently India-only. When we open internationally, return policies will adjust and you'll see them at checkout before paying.
