Orders & tracking
When will my order ship?+
Standard orders ship in 2–4 business days. Limited drops ship the next Friday after the drop closes. Print-on-demand items add 2–3 days.
How do I track my order?+
Every order gets a tracking link via SMS and email. Or visit dropkyd.com/track and enter your order ID + email.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?+
Yes — before dispatch. Open the order in your account and click 'Need to redirect?'. After dispatch, address changes depend on courier policy.
What if my package is lost?+
We file a claim with the courier within 24h of 'lost in transit' status. You get a replacement or full refund — your choice. You don't deal with the courier, we do.

Where do you ship?+
All of India. International shipping is on the roadmap for late 2026.
How much does shipping cost?+
₹70 flat, free above ₹999 — the same whether you pay online or by cash on delivery.
Which courier do you use?+
Delhivery, across India. We check your pincode's serviceability at checkout.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Razorpay Pay Later (3-month EMI), net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
Is my card info secure?+
Razorpay handles all payment processing with PCI-DSS compliance. We never see or store your card number.
Can I get a GST invoice?+
Yes — a GST invoice is available to download from your order page right after checkout. Need it on a company GSTIN? Add it at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?+
7-day window from delivery for size/colour exchanges (free) and refunds. Item must be unworn with original tag. Misprints and wrong items are always free to fix.
How long do refunds take?+
UPI 1–3 days, net banking 3–5 days, cards 5–7 days. COD refunds: same-day store credit or 5-day bank transfer.
Do I pay for return shipping?+
Free for size/colour exchanges and any issue caused by us. Other returns deduct a ₹100 reverse-pickup fee.
Drops & limited editions
What's a 'limited drop'?+
A capped-quantity release. Once the cap is hit, the drop is sold out. We don't restock unless the creator explicitly schedules a re-drop.
How does the waitlist work?+
Drop a scheduled product into your cart's waitlist. We text you 10 minutes before it goes live — head start over non-subscribers.
Why Friday 6pm?+
Maximises the notification window before the weekend and aligns with creators' content schedules.
